Kienzler Appraisal Service has been serving Sangamon and Menard Counties for over 40 years. In this time period we have developed a unique understanding from a historical and professional standpoint as well as an ability to have a better understanding of local trends.

Greg Kienzler owner of Kienzler Appraisal Service has been a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser (Illinois license no. 553.000234) and a member of the Capital Area Association of Realtors since 1973. He specializes in Sangamon and Menard Counties with an greater concentration in the Illinois Capital City of Springfield.
SRA Designation: Greg is a member of the Appraisal Institute and received the Residential Member (RM) in 1981 which was later converted to the SRA designation in 1998.
Kienzler Appraisal Service has worked with various banks, law firms, and several Illinois local and state agencies regarding commercial valuations.
